General Purpose EPS

For packaging, fish boxes, block moulding and shape moulding. Choose by expansion ratio and cycle time.

Flame Retardant EPS

For building insulation boards, ICF blocks and sandwich panels. All flame retardant grades we supply are HBCD-free.

Graphite EPS

Grey EPS with graphite for lower thermal conductivity, so insulation boards reach the same rating at less thickness.

Fine beads for thin-wall cups, food containers and precision packaging with a smooth surface finish.

Bead size codes

We use the bead size codes common across Chinese EPS plants. Block moulding plants making boards usually run 301 or 302. Shape moulding machines making boxes, packaging, ICF and pods usually run 303 or 401.

Raw EPS beads expand many times in the pre-expander. Expansion ratio, bead size and pentane content decide how the beads fill your moulds, so we help you choose the grade that suits your density target and machines.

Packed for long sea freight

We ship more than 120 containers a year to ports in South America, Oceania, Asia, Europe and Africa. Each shipment is booked and declared according to the product's SDS and the shipping line's dangerous goods requirements.

Multi-wall paper bags on pallets. A practical choice for smaller plants that cannot use up a full jumbo bag in one continuous run once it is opened, or where workshop space makes jumbo bags hard to handle.
